Being sued for trademark and copyright infringement

Hello, I bought 10 dvd box sets of the p90x from ioffer to pass out to my family for personal use, never sold any, never profited from any. And now I'm being sued, what could I do?

Even giving illegal copies away is actionable, but a reasonable person wouldn't believe your story anyhow.

Did you get a demand letter? What did it say? Did you blow it off?
