Greetings Experts,

I have three brilliant (or so I and a couple of closely held confidants think) ideas, but I haven't the foggiest how to get them patented, trademarked and produced. I hear and read there are plenty of ways to get ripped off in this area. Any advise would be genuinely appreciated.

You cannot patent, trademark, or copyright ideas. You need to put your idea in writing then spend some quality time searching the Patent and Copyright office archives. You can do it yourself or they will do it for you, at $180 an hour.
