What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri, only U.S law.

Can I make a site for example called "SprintSucks.com" and not worry about Sprint claiming a trademark issue?

I'm just unsure if I can have sprint in my URL.

(Sprint is just for my example)

No you can not. Expect cease and desist letters and perhaps a UDRP complaint on the domain. However, unless you are a competitor or trying to make other commercial use of the mark, the plaintiffs in "xxxxsucks.com" lawsuits don't fare well either in court or in the UDRP. That doesn't mean you won't spend a lot of money showing you're right though.

Domain names.

This may be trademark disparagement, depending upon your jurisdiction.
