People have been getting sued trying to sell international edition textbooks through ebay such as "Gogo"

What about selling international edition textbooks through websites like "Abebooks.com" and "Textbooksrus.com"?

I see some large volume sellers that seem to be okay such as "TextbookXpres" who appears to be selling from Houston, TX, U.S.A.

Is it safe selling international textbooks at these type of sites? Has anyone heard of anyone getting sued at these sites?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

There are way too many threads on this site asking your exact question. Some minimal use of the search function of the site should yield the answers you seek. My advice is to use keywords such as "gray market" both on this site as well as an actual search engine such as Google.
