What is the name of your state? TX

I am currently involved with an international band. The songwriter has a record contract with a major record company. We are basically working for him. We have one record out and are in the process of recording our second record and we were asked to sign a Certificate of Results and Proceeds. This contract states that we acknowledge that our performances shall be exclusively owned and controlled, throughout the world and for all time by the songwriter and their successors. By signing this contract am I waiving all rights to royalties off of record sales, radio, film, etc...?

Any information would be appreciated.

Without reading the contract there is no way to tell. You should have it looked over by a lawyer familar with the entertainment industry.
