What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida In general a house /home plan has rectangular rooms, bathrooms are next to or near bedrooms. Dining rooms, breakfast nooks, lunch bars and/or great rooms are next to kitchens. What would make a floor plan distinguishable enough that it would truly be Copyrightable ?
