copyrights or trademark?

So i wanted to start as a publisher.. Which from ebay, amazon and other associates company. What should i do as a publisher...? And i wanted to start a blog for my website so which kind of form should i use? How much will cost me? How long does the process will go..? And should i use trademark or copyrights?

Brunei is a Berne signatory so copyright is established without you doing anything. However, you'll have to talk to a lawyer in your country as to whether there are additional steps you must go through to fully avail yourself of the legal process there.
