I launched a DMCA complaint using youtube forms
a guy stole my hard work animation so he could
trash it on his channel in what he calls a parody
or a "review" Now it is removed.

The process to launch the DMCA complaint was easy.
But there is absolutely no info on how to withdraw it.
I don't even know if there is a number for it.

He's telling me I don't have a case and I will go to jail for
false DMCA claims under the "fair use" act.

My vid is for sale though, and he was using a piece that
was cut, so it doesn't even rep my film, and so he will be
giving a false rep of my video, and maybe hurt sales.

I put all my money into making the video, I'm broke now.
There is not even a method to contact youtube.

Can you tell me how to withdraw a DMCA complaint?
Thanks

You're not going to jail, and it's not a false DMCA claim. If he wants to make a counterclaim that it's fair use, he can try that. You retract the DMCA the same way you made it.

There is no Fair Use law that would put you in jail. This guy is a jackass. Also, I would probably cease contact with this guy just for the sake of your own sanity.
