Domain name trademark question

What is the name of your state?

I have recently registered a domain that I plan on using as a business name.

I searched the USPTO and found that a similar name was trademarked, however it deals with something completely unrelated to the business I want to run. (In other words, I'm not registering the domain as a way to talk poorly about or leech revenues from the other company). Also, the actual company that registered the domain name does not use it anywhere in their company name.

Am I within my rights to use this domain as my business name?
