What is the name of your state? New Jersey

We are a non-profit organization and we have a e-mail list among our members. There have been some discussions about how to survive in this ecomony conditions and some members offered good suggestions and advices. An officer compiled the e-mail discussions and would like to publish them on our web site. Other officers felt there might be some legal consequences of doing this.

1. We need advice whether we can do this or not.
2. If we can do it, do we have to notify all the members who's e-mails are included in the compiled file?
3. If we can do it, should we make any statement for not being responsible for the consequence if the readers follow the advices?

The emails belong to both parties and permission from all will be required before they can be published.
