I have a relative who lives in England and is upset with the family in the US due to a contested will. He is sending very nasty emails to my employer, and any email I send him he forwards to my employer.
He won't receive any other form of communication from the family.
How do I get him to stop these emails? they have already cost me a promotion. My employer has asked him to stop, but he persists.
An attorney here in Texas won't help because he says there is no way to enforce what he does in another country.
