State NY,

Hello,

I am sorry for my bad English, but I have a question and would like somebody to answer.

I own a website that sells my embroidery designs, and somebody else is purchasing my designs and then change some colors then post it again at their website.

How can i proof that those designs belong to me?

Thanks

The best way is to register your designs with the U.S. copyright office. Otherwise, maintaining records on when you created a particular design might be helpful.
