I have a small online not for profit magazine. We do article on mostly small christian events. I just recently attended a large motor sport offroad event and took numerous pictures and have written an article about the event that is promoted and put on by a large organization.

Is there anything that might be considers infringing on their right if I post the pictures and article about the past event on my web site.

Don't want to get into any issues.

If you had a ticket to get into the event, most likely commercial use (which includes your alleged non-profit use) of the images is restricted. You should contact the venue or sanctioning body to be sure.
