What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

I had, at home, written a program.
I had it installed to a few computers at work.
I was fired from the job.
Ex-Employer continues to use the program without permission.

Although I do have some lingering respect for the workplace I don't want this to become a huge legal issue. I would like to give them the opportunity to allow me to witness or personally uninstall the program from their computer system.

As long as they allow this I will be satisfied. My question is how would the best way to approach them with this request? If they deny the request what is the best course of action to take?

If anyone would like more information I will be happy to post it. As always thank you for any reply and for reading this. It is well appreciated. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
