My company is INC they would sue company not me correct?

And if I could not pay and filed bankruptcy under company would that affect me?

Smart lawyers would sue you personally AND your INC at the same time so you and your INC both would be the defendents.

You do not know at this time if the judgement is against you or your INC or BOTH. Therefore if you and your INC both lost you will be affected. Bankruptcy would cost you many years of bad credit.

You may want to reconsider your activity on legal cost. Even if you win in court. It is the cost to defend yourself. This is a contest of who have a bigger wallet to pay the lawyers.

Let's say it cost a million, or half a million, or hundred thousand dollars and a few years to defend it.

He who has the most money CAN make the other side loss--at least financially.
