What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT

Hi. My business partner and I have a film/theater company. We are dissolving the business - it costs more to keep going than it makes. We have several produced short films and several unproduced scripts that are the copyright of Bagel Fish LLC. Once we dissolve the LLC, what do we need to do in order to transfer copyright to ourselves as individuals? DO we need a lawyer? Is there a cost involved? There may be a time in the future where one of the short films may be on some form of distribution. Is there a benefit to keep the copyright/ownership under and LLC?

Thanks!
