What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL
How difficult would it be to find very knowledgeable and highly ethical attorney who would be capable to protect IP property and multiple patents by crafting special NDA arrangements with company which is very interested to engage in proof of concept and subsequent long term licensing arrangements. It is my understanding is that this person should be, first of all, an excellent litigator because if NDA or derivative of such is thorougly tested in a court of law it should be 100& air tight. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You definitely need an attorney. If you have received a patent, then disclosure has already happened so it's unclear what an NDA will do for you.
Find an attorney links are attached to every post in this forum.

Alternatively, you can call the local bar association and get a list of attorneys in that sort of practice. As with any other sort of personal services business, best to get a referral preferably from someone you trust, but if not check REFERENCES REFERENCES REFERENCES.

Dear Ron,

Thanks very much for your response. All patents are provisional therefore we do not have to worry about public knowledge at this point, however all other issues are very acute and worry me a lot as we do not have an expertise or the knowledge to evaluate a prospective attorney.

Sorry, but this board doesn't do lawyer recommendations. I've pretty much told you all anybody is going to with regard to referrals. This site is by and large funded via it's referral service/advertisers.
