What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

Google Books has a copy of my erotic romance novel put up for sample viewing. The page says it is a "limited preview" of the book, but I checked and the whole book is there, has BEEN there for (probably) years! I contacted the publisher, who responded that the copyright belongs to me, so I will have to contact Google about it.

I'll do that right after I talk to the President of the United States and the Queen of England.

Seriously, WTH do I do?

Thank you freeadvice formum for tons of past free advice, and now for helping me with this.

:eek:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Lots of options:

You can ask them to limit the preview.
You can ask them to remove the book from their site.
You can file a take-down notice under the DMCA.
You can sue for an injunction and/or damages.

It all depends on what you want to accomplish.
