I have a business idea that I have taken to a food chain here in north atlanta. I did on get him to sign the Confidential Non-Disclosure Agreement, :-( and I want to take this Idea to several different businesses but I do not want them to do it out from under me, if that is possible.
Is there a way of protecting this idea, even a little? Something that I can do so that people do not have to sign a Confidential Non-Disclosure Agreement ?
