How to safe my domain from Intellectual property ?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA Hello, i have big issue. I registered domain (ex: domain.eu) few years ago, and have video sharing website. Yesterday I got email from domain.com that they are going to take our domain as it's theirs Intellectual property, seems they are registered company, or offshore, I don't know exactly.... What would be best way to safe my domain? Do I need to register some kind of company as well? |

| US law only. US domain rules are screwed up enough. I'm not even going to begin to try to understand the European ones.
