How to safe my domain from Intellectual property ?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA


Hello,

i have big issue. I registered domain (ex: domain.eu) few years ago, and have video sharing website. Yesterday I got email from domain.com that they are going to take our domain as it's theirs Intellectual property, seems they are registered company, or offshore, I don't know exactly....
What would be best way to safe my domain? Do I need to register some kind of company as well?

US law only. US domain rules are screwed up enough. I'm not even going to begin to try to understand the European ones.
