I'm a graphic artist residing in Texas. I have been asked by a client to reproduce various legal documents, i.e., birth certificate, school records, etc. Am I legally liable if I reproduce the documents themselves without any information or data on them? I suspect the client will enter information on the reproduced document. Can I accept this job or am I setting myself up for possible prosecution?
