What is the name of your state? 
I am a fine arts photographer in Silver Spring, MD. I have a picture I'd like to sell, but I'm not sure I can.
I have a picture of one of my teddy bears "portraying" a lawyer. I have him sitting behind several legal books. On most of the books, the title and the author's name is not that visible.
My problem is that a copy of "The Client" by John Grisham is prominently displayed in the picture. It's on the very top of one stack of books, so you can't miss it. (When I shot the picture, I hadn't thought of selling it, so I didn't remove the book, or try to make it less prominent.)
Can I sell this picture even though the book is prominently displayed in it?
