What is the name of your state? florida

Am I allowed to take a photo of my car and sell the photo even
though it has a Plymouth emblem on it?

Say I take a photo of the back of my 1974 roadrunner that has
a roadrunner emblem on it and make a poster of the back of my car to sell. I bought the road runner and took the photo. Is this
infringement?

Thanks for all the help everyone. It just seems like you can't do
anything now days.

it should be ok in the case that you are not a Car Dealer and this is the "only" car you want to sell for your own.

Yes, I am certain that would be fine. You are, after all, selling a poster of the car, and not selling the Plymouth emblem.
