What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts
I am a crafter and crochet for newborn photography props. I wanted to crochet Yoda Star Wars baby costume (hat &diaper cover) for a newborn photo shoot. All my items are made by me in my house and sell them online. Does this scenario causes Intellectual Property Infringement? Do I need a permit/license ? if yes, who do I contact regarding Yoda Star Wars permit/license?

If you want to create Yoda costumes for sale to the public, you will want to contact Lucasfilm to discuss licensing rights. Yoda is a registered trademark and Yoda is also copyright protected as an original character and a creative art image.
