What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My Question is pertaining to the name of the publishing company of my self-published novel.
Can I create my own name for the publishing company without registering for a fictitious name, or just what are my options?
I have the ISBN’s in BOWKERS.

Following are links to information on starting your own business in Florida.

You can create your own name for your business and you should register this name with the state.

You need to be sure that the name you choose for your publishing company does not infringe on anyone else's existing trademark - that is, you generally must not use the same or similar name to a business that is already in existence if to do so confuses consumers into thinking your business is their business.

A trademark search should be done prior to selecting the name that will identify your publishing company, to ensure you are not infringing on the rights of others.

Good luck with establishing business and good luck on the sales of your novel.
