What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hawaii
I have a jugment for $25000 against my ex-husband. Also there is 17000 in past due child support - here in Hawaii.
He just signed an "Exclusive Songwriter's Contract" with SONY/ATV Tree Publishing (offices in Nashville, Tennessee. I am trying to lien on this contract and no-one seems to know where to start - do I domensticate the judgment in Tennessee first then somehow get a lien...Not to mentionthe fact that more than half the songs under the contract were written during the marriage (undisclosed during the divorce) He travels to Nashville half of each month and is apparantly working with the C&W "greats" Any advise
