    likelihood of confusion

What is the name of your state? New York

My application for trademark was refused because it is likely to be confused with a registered mark. My trademark is "Moon-Ray" and the registered mark is "Moonray". The registered mark deals with gas ranges and heaters. Ours is for heaters only.

Is there still a way that I can get my application approved?

    Thanks.

**A: your numerous posts are obtuse, vague, too general and lacks specifics.
