I need some help....
I received an email directing me to a gay porn site using my pictures to advertise it...I am not gay, have never let anyone use my pictures, and am pretty upset that someone is making money off illegally using my own pictures. Is there anything I can do??? HELP!!!

My response:

Why did you delete the State name question? Didn't you think we would need that information?

 I'm sorry...I have no idea what you are talking about...I am really new to all this, and I was just hoping to have someone out there say, "yes, that is illegal, here is what you can do..." or something to that effect.

The point IAAL is trying to make is that state laws vary, and if we don't know what state you are in no one can answer the question. It says so in big red letters right on this screen.

Well that helps enormously...thank you. I have only one more question, and this one is even more difficult than the first. Is there anyone out there that might know how I can find out who is running a private site? The site I am after I have a link for as an email, so if anyone can offer some help, it would be GREATLY appreciated...
