What is the name of your state? California

I'm considering creatinga book of crossword puzzles and word searches for Disney fans. Many (but not all) of the clues and words would be terms trademarked by Disney. No pictures or characters or anything like that, just text.

Is this an infrigement on their trademarks? Or is this ok as long as I make it clear I'm not Disney and they own their trademarked terms?

Thanks.

This would probably not be a trademark infringment issue, but if you are going to be publishing a book for sale, it is probably worth it to talk with an attorney knowledgable in trademarks -- shouldn't be too hard to find one in CA, especially if you are in LA!
