Hi All
I have just been made aware that an overseas company based in Vietnam has setup a company almost identical to the company I work for (Australian based). They have even gone so far as to use our company name, branding and logo. They are in the exact same industry and doing basically what we do.
I also do some business in Vietnam and I think I have even met with one of the directors of this company in a business meeting.
What can I do about this?
