What is the name of your state? Colorado.
I entered a photo contest with a picture I had taken of a little boy at a wedding. I have been advanced to semi-finalist and the company wishes to publish my photo. The mother of the child is saying I needed consent from her to enter the contest, have the photo published, or placed on the internet. Do I need her consent for the above items! I did originally have verbal consent but she never signed the consent form. Please answer asap! Thanks a lot!
