What is the name of your state? Ohio

At home, I created a slideshow using PowerPoint a friend as a graduation gift. I added background music using a song from an audio CD that I own. I then burned the slideshow onto a CD-R and gave it to this person as their graduation gift to watch on their computer

My friend showed this slideshow to some other people. A few of them liked it so much and they have asked me to make one for them. If I do this and they pay me to create the slideshow, am I breaking the law by using background music from CD's that I own ?
