I make a monthly podcast from which I receive no money and which is available for free download. For my next episode I am going to review True Blood series 3. I would like to add some very brief audio clips from the series in an amusing and illustrative way. EG. Instead of saying the name of a character use an audio clip of a character from the show saying the name. Also when I talk about some of the plot developments in the series I would like to use one line audio clips of different characters voicing their own reactions to the plot developments.
My question is - is what I propose fair use or an infringement of copyright?
