preocupied, agent scam?

What is the name of your state? florida

I really appreciated if a patent lawyer can answer me this questions.

case:
i had an idea this year for an invention that is possible to
make with today's technology. i'm a beginner in this circle,
so i went to the internet & look for an inventor's helper.(error)
i found a company that looked really confident. they ask to
submit your idea to evaluate. so i did. i received a phone call with the approval of it. the agents want to build a portafolio
and charge for it ($795.00). then, to patent, liscensing, trade shows from $500 to $2000. they are sending me a inventor's kit
that contains contract and portafolio helper. i have not sent any
money. i told them that i need proof. i mailed myself the detailed
invention, plus the info of these people.

investigation:
better business bureu(nothing)/patent & trademark office usa(no agent with that name)/address confirmed.

questions:
what should i do?
is my idea stolen?
if i say no to them, what can happen with the invention?
can i ask for a non-disclousure letter from them?before or after?
can i sue them if this is a scam or they take my idea, if i say no to them?
working with an agent is a good idea?

please, advise a.s.a.p.;

yours truly,
