There really isn't any standard fee -- however, these sorts of documents are generally pretty similar, if not identical for website to website -- if you can find a local attorney who has already drawn up agreements like these, it might be fairly inexpensive, because they can use the "canned" agreements as a starting point.

You can do whatever you want. You don't even need these documents if you don't want them.
