Greetings all. Presenting the following conundrum...

How can someone accomplish a totally pseudonymous copyright registration, i.e., one that does not reveal the real name or address of the author?

The copyright office states, that should ownership issues arise in the future, there could be trouble. I am assuming that it would be because then the author would then have to prove beyond all doubt that they are in fact the pseudonym.

Barring establishing an LLC, INC. or other legal entity what are the alternatives?

Thus, the issue at hand is not a copyright issue (since the registration would be valid no matter what names are on the certificate) but rather a "prove your identity" issue.

Suggestions?
