What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Question is...I recently registered a number of photographs as "published" with the Copyright Office online.
The group of photos were all published in 1999, though I included images from 1993-1999...

Was this incorrect? Should I have only registered images created in 1999 that were published in 1999?
And are images from 1993-1998 (that I registered under the 1999 umbrella) at least still protected?

Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
