Can anyone tell me where I can find information, and or samples of quality control policies in trademark licensing agreements. I am planning to sell licenses to use my clothing trademarks in all 50 states, and need to find all the information I can, regarding quality control. In due time I will hire a lawyer to draft my license agreement and quality control policy. In the meantime I need to educate myself as much as possible on the issues of quality control, so as to enable myself to devise a long term business plan and strategy. Thanks Dave
