I am already to go , I just had a legal question about broadcasting content, can I broadcast my personal movie collection on the channel?

What do you mean "personal movie collection." If you're talking home movies, sure why not. If you're talking copies of movies that hollywood (or anyone else produced) CERTAINLY NOT without permission.
