What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I just found out using CopyScape that another real estate company
in AZ has copied about 90% of one of my webpages on my company website.
It's a webpage of about a 2800 words and they mostly changed it
replacing my company name with theirs and switched a few words here and there.

My webpage is like a FAQ. It is a list of 11 situations of that home sellers are in and serves as a sales page to do business with my company.

I personally wrote the page/copy about 3 years ago and put it on my website.

I did have the "All Content Copyright © 2005, 2006 <My Biz Name> llc. All rights reserved." but I never registered it with the US Copyright.

Is this a copyright infringement and if so, what can I expect that a good
lawyer would do for me? Does anyone have experience of cases like
this that have been won/lost and the amounts of damages?
