I'm the singer/manager for a band and we recorded a cover song to include as a bonus track on our cd. I have contacted the record label and asked them for permission--still waiting for reply. I plan on asking the band themselves also. Are their publishing royalties I have to pay? What else do I have to do? Thank you!
