We are software development company located in South Carolina. We have a competitor that is implying we have copied their trade secrets and plans to take us to court. We were not aware of any trade secrets and are confident we will win. I have already done some research and found that they had not entitled to the reimbursement of their legal fees even if they win the case.

What I would like to know is are we entitled to have our legal fees reimbursed by them if they lose the case?
