Wish to use Microsoft Clipart in product (custom chocolates) packaging for retail sale by a small home-based business. Microsoft information is terribly unspecific and they do not offer advice other than to contact a lawyer.

What are my limitations?

If you legally purchased and registered the MS product, the items you produce with that product belong to you and you can use as you wish.
