What is the name of your state? California.
I am the president of a chapter of a national student based non- profit organization. I am planning to screen some movies as part of our Hip-Hop Film Festival. We are not charging admission, it will be held on-campus and it is open to anyone who would like to attend although focused for the students. My main question is what exactly do I need in order to show these films without getting in trouble for it? Do I need written permission, liscencing, etc.? Thanks for your help.
