Service /Trade Mark - name and design

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I am starting an online dropship business, where I'd like to protect the name and the design version of the name, that I'll be using on the website and any printed material. I'm wondering if it is necessary to register both the design version and a regular print version of the name. Or if I would be able to just register the graphic design version.

As a dropship business with no actual products of my own, besides hats and shirt, could this fall under as a service mark rather than trade mark?
