My employer started a business under a certain name. Let's call this company "Company X, LLC". Company X, LLC developed 3 other websites (A,B,C) to compliment it's services. Two of these websites actually has a service or product that is sold. Are the names of those products and the names and logos of their websites protected under the Company X? For instance www.companyA.com sells a product called Company A Widgets and it has a logo. Can someone steal the Company A name, logo and possibly it's product?

Thank You
