in regards to copyright and licensing on software: if you purchase software as well as a license to put that program on your computer system, and inadvertently register incorrectly, due to lack of information given to the individual downloading the software, and receive notification that you are running unlicensed copies of that program, how can you rectify the incorrect registeration? Would it be best to contact the attorney and explain that you purchased a license to use the program and it was downloaded incorrectly?
