song title for restaurant name? bump

I am thinking of opening a new restaurant in California and was wondering if I can use the name of a popular song.

For example... If I wanted to open a fast food joint and call it
HOUND DOG?

Or if the song title is a made up word can I use it for the name of restauarnt? i.e. Razzazza Mazzazza...
