Hi,
I am in PA. I have been talking over internet with friend in india about starting partnership. We want to put code and other assets into partnership but problem is he wants to locate corp i india. The software and code will be in company name and I am trying to see somehow how i can write a legal document to help me.
We are very very small. bottom of small business ladder and no fuinds for legal expertise from intl lawyer firms.
I have a software family lawyer but it is only for the US. Can anyone please give me any assistance on hotw to go about this.
