I want to know if I purchase items from the store and photograph them and sell the photos am I infringing on someone's copyright.

For example;

If I buy a giftbag, a doll and some party favors and take a photos if it;

does it violate a copyright since the bag, the doll and most the favors would be recognized by it manufacturer but are not trademark type items? For example, if I take a photo of a Mazda 626 (it doesn't show the company's name but just the car). Everyone knows who make mazda so is that an infridgement.

I know I can't go buy a winnie the pooh, mickie mouse, etc. as photograph these items are they have name recognition and trademarks on them but what about just basic items you purchase from the store?

Any help would be greatly appreciated?
